Here's how your Private Strategy Day will work:

- As soon as you sign up and have received your confirmation email, we will be in touch with you straight away to start the process and the preparation.

- We will set the date and confirm the venue

- The venue and catering is included

- Prior to you Strategy Day, we will send you a preparation kit with clear guidelines to help you prepare the necessary company information we’ll need to review

- When you’ve assembled this information, and sent me a copy, I’ll review all this information

- We’ll both be well prepared and won’t need to waste time doing this on the day; we can get straight into the strategic work

- We may also have some other communication prior to the day, as part of the preparation
