3. Strategic Growth Blueprint™ - to create a 12-month plan
- Develop a 12-month strategic growth plan for your business, covering all of the above, as appropriate, plus:
• Organisation Structure & Team – we make sure you build a sustainable business structure, and team, with or without you in it.
• Business Processes – sound processes & procedures in all areas of your business will increase operational efficiency, as well as add to the ultimate value of your business
• Opportunity Analysis – we will work through this with you to identify key business opportunities, and strategic priorities for growth, and how to assess them
You may start with one focus are, and then move onto another.
We establish goals and priorities which are relevant to you at the commencement of the program, give you the tools to move forward, and work with you on an ongoing basis to support, track and encourage your progress.
Program Format
• 1.5 hours one-on-one strategy and business advice from Jenny each month, configured any way that suits you:
- 2 fortnightly sessions of 45 minutes each
- One 1.5 hour session once a month
• All sessions are over the phone or via Skype
• Advice via email between sessions is included on a limited basis as required
• At all times the focus will be on the goals you stated at the start of the program, but if other challenges or opportunities arise, these can be discussed during a session as well
• Business tools will be provided to you as an integral part of the Program
Your Commitment to Individual Strategic Mentoring
Your passion and your determination will produce results. We can help, but we can’t do the work for you. You will need to make a commitment to be prepared for the one-on-one sessions, and discuss your progress and your business challenges frankly.
There is no set duration for how long you decide to engage in this program – whether it’s years or months the decision is up to you. To get the best results, a 12-month engagement is recommended, but the first 3 months is the minimum required commitment.

Individual Mentoring Program Fees
The Program fee is $750 per month, including GST, and covers up to two Directors or Partners. This is debited from your nominated acount on a monthly basis, and payment must be received prior to the start of the month’s sessions taking place. A minimum of one months’ notice is required if you wish to halt your program membership.
